Under the Education Act Section 21, the Ministry of Education (MOE) registers private schools, the courses they offer and the teachers conducting the registered courses. MOE registration gives private schools the right to operate when they have met basic statutory requirements.

JC Economics Education Centre is registered with the Ministry of Education (MOE), Singapore.

Mr Anthony Fok is the approved Economics teacher at the tuition centre.
